  1. I am too a meat-eater although I have tried green smoothies in the past, but I just couldn’t get past the taste.

    Diets are so difficult to stick to because they don’t work for everybody, but a green smoothie throughout the day can’t be that difficult.

    • Maybe you can try to use other superfood spinach or kale. Try to mix some tropical fruits in your smoothie to cover up the bitterness. According to Katherine, the recomended ratio for veggies and fruits used are 50 : 50. If we are using cup, then will be 1 cup of fruits and 1 cup of veggies. I hope my answer helps. Thank you.
