Ingredients (each serving : 98.13 calories, 1.76g net carbs) : 1) 3/4 cup of almond flour 2) 2 large eggs 3) 2 tablespoons of coconut oil 4) 3 squares of Ghiradelli Midnight (86% of cocoa) 5) 1 teaspoon of erythritol powder (for garnish purpose) 6) 2 teaspoons of erythritol 7) 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder 8) 10 drops of liquid stevia 9) 1 scoop of vanilla casein powder
Instructions : 1) Add vanilla casein powder, baking powder and almond flour as the amount mentioned above into a big bowl. 2) Mix these 3 dry powder together in the big bowl until they get combined. 3) Create an empty hole in the middle of the mixed powder. 4) Pour an egg in the middle of the hole. 5) Add 10 drops of liquid stevia and 2 teaspoons of erythritol into it. 6) Start mixing from the egg and slowly expand the mixing toward the whole dough. 7) keep mixing the mixture until thoroughly combined and the texture will become very sticky. 8) After the dough is mixed well, press on the dough to create a rectangle shape with 3/4 inch thick. 9) Cut the dough into 12 pieces and create a hole in the middle of each piece. 10) Cut or break the 3 squares of chocolate into 48 little pieces. 11) Put 4 tiny pieces of chocolates in the hole of each piece of small dough. 12) Pinch the edges of each dough to seal and cover the chocolates. 13) Roll 12 of them into a shape of ball. 14) Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil into a pan and turn on to a medium high heat. 15) Start to fry the dough balls once you see the smoke is released from the pan. 16) Make sure each side of each ball get browned evenly while frying and do not get burned. 17) After done with frying, remove the excess oil of the fried chocolate balls with paper towel. 18) Garnish your fried chocolate balls with erythritol powder.
