Ingredients (Each ball of Bite : 185.2 calories, 1.02 net carbs) : 1)10 ounces of canned tuna 2)1 medium avocado 3) 1/4 cup of mayonnaise 4)1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese 5)1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder 6)1/3 cup of almond flour 7)1/4 tablespoon of onion powder 8)1/2 cup of coconut oil 9)salt 10)pepper

Instructions : 1)Drain out the water of a canned tuna. Pour the tuna out into a big bowl to mix well with other ingredients later. 2)Add mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese according to the amount as shown above into the big bowl. 3)Add some salt and pepper as well and mix everything well. 4)Open up the avocado and remove the pit. Cut the avocado into tiny cubes. 5)Now, add the avocado cubes into the big bowl and mix with tuna. Try to keep the avocado in cubes while mixing and prevent mashing the avocado. 6)After your tuna avocado mixture is well mixed, form it into 12 balls. 7)Roll the balls on almond flour and make sure all the balls are covered with almond flour completely and evenly. 8)Heat up the coconut oil in a frying pan by using medium heat mode. 9)Fry the tuna avocado balls in the hot oil until each ball’s outer layer becomes crispy. 10)Avocado Tuna Melt Bites are ready to serve.

Spinach, Herbs and Feta Wrap

Ingredients (2 single serving wraps, each wrap : 361.5 calories, 4.06g net carb) : 1)5 eggs 2)3 eggs white 3)1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil 4)2 cups of spinach 5)1/2 cup of crumble feta cheese 6)4 basil leaves 7)3 tomatoes 8)salt

Wrap : 1)Mix whole eggs, egg whites and sesame oil in a big bowl. Sprinkle some salts into the mixture. 2)Whisk for about 1 minute and the mixture will turn slightly foamy. 3)Heat a pan with medium heat. 4)Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan, turn to medium low heat and cover up the pan. 4)Once the wrap is cooked through, take it out and sit aside. Pour another half egg mixture into the frying pan to cook the second wrap.

Filling : 1)place the tomatoes and spinach in the frying pan used for cooking the wrap and heat them gently with a low heat. 2)start placing the slightly cooked tomatoes and spinach and other ingredients in layers on the wrap. 3)Roll the wrap from one end to the other end. 4)Your wraps are ready to be served.

Monterey Beef Mug Melt

Ingredients (268 calories, 3.83 net carbs) : 1)2 ounces of roast beef slices 2)1 and 1/2 tablespoons of diced green chile 3)1 and 1/2 ounces of shredded pepper jack cheese 4)1 tablespoon of sour cream

Instructions : 1)Portion out 1/3 of the beef slices and place at the bottom of your mug as the first layer. 2)Spread out 1/2 tablespoon of sour cream and diced green chile on top of the first layer of beef slices. 3)Sprinkle 1/2 ounce of shredded pepper jack cheese on top of the first layer. 4)repeat the steps 1 to 3 by putting second layer of beef slices, sour cream, diced green chile and shredded pepper jack cheese.  5)Finish off the third layer with the remaining beef slices, jack pepper cheese and green chile. 6) Put it in a microwave for about 2 minutes until the cheese is melted. Salmon With Tarragon Dill Cream Sauce

Ingredients : 1)1.5 pounds of salmon filet 2)1 tablespoon of dried dill weed 3)1 tablespoon of dried tarragon 4)1 tablespoon of duck fat 5)salt 6)pepper

Cream Sauce : 1)2 tablespoons of butter 2)1/4 cup of heavy cream 3)1/2 tablespoon of dried dill weed 4)1/2 tablespoon of dried tarragon 5)salt 6)pepper

Instructions : 1)Slice the salmon filet half into two filet. 2)Sprinkle the dried tarragon, dried dill weed, salt and pepper on the meat of the fish. 3)Meanwhile, sprinkle only salt and pepper on the skin of salmon filet. 4)Heat 1 tablespoon of duck fat on a pan over medium heat. 5)Face the salmon skin side down on the pan after the pan is heated up. 6)Cook the salmon for around 5 minutes. 7)When the skin becomes crispy, flip the salmon and turn to low heat. 8)Cook the salmon in between 7 to 15 minutes according to your preference percentage of “done” over a low heat. 9)Set aside the salmon filet and cook the cream sauce. 10)Put butter and other spices into the heated pan. 10)After they have turned brown, mix them with cream together. Serve your salmon filet with the cream sauce and broccoli or other favorite fresh vegetables. (2 servings, each serving : 469 calories and 1.5g net carbs)
